Onsite Tech Support:
- $35.00 / Hour - This rate is for all general upgrades, repairs, tutoring, consulting, and almost everything else not covered under the $35.00 price range
- $45.00 / Hour - This rate is for all of our "high end" services. Database development, data transfer, data recovery, custom program development, web page components (Flash, databases, programming, Javascript, VBScript), Networking, emergencies, etc.

You are billed for the time our technician is at your location, and not for travel time.
Also you will be billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
This fee includes any time needed to diagnose and fix the problem.
Onsite service has a 1 hour minimum.
Remote Tech Support:
Time is money, we get in & out as fast as possible. Our phone support & remote troubleshooting services give you fast reliable support when you need it.If you own a business, we provide enterprise-level support without the high cost & management overhead of maintaining a large in-house support organization.

The hourly rate for Remote Tech Support is the same as the prices for Onsite Tech Support, except there is no travel fee for each visit. Although there is a 1 time $10 setup fee for remote support. Once you are setup, we can provide you with quick safe support on an on going basis for most of your common computer issues.
Remote service has a $45 minimum.
Standard Services:

Based on the rates above, if we provide you with remote support for our standard services, you are paying $35/ hour. So with a $50 minimum you are getting 1 hour 40 minuites of support. After the first 1 hour and 40 minutes, we bill you at the rate of $5.00 every 15 minuites. |

Advanced Services: |

Based on the rates above, if we provide you with remote support for our advanced services, you are paying $45/ hour. So with a $45 minimum you are getting 60 minutes of support. After the first 60 minutes, we bill you at the rate of $5.00 every 15 minuites |
Nights & Weekends: |
|
Nightly rates start at 6 pm to 8 am. So
Standard Service is $60/ hour ($1.00/minute), and
Advanced Service is $75/ hour ($1.25/ minute). |
